Where were the Parents?

I have listened to all the news reports, read all the news reports, listened to most of the talk radio and all the information on Face book about the shooting downtown Saturday night.  The one thing that I have still yet to see anywhere or have any reporter ask "Why were these kids downtown with out their parents?"  Should this not be the question that we are asking?

Buying Local not alone stimulates the economy it also stimulates the community you live in.  Why not help your community by buying local.   If everyone bought local first can you imagine what your community would look like.  Your community would be growing, the jobless rate would go down, people would be happy and most of all you would be doing...
